What's this all about? I badly need an artist for illustrating a short novel (war adventures, WWII, humour). That is, a candidate should have a more or less clear picture of the WWII history and its key personalities (I'd prefer if he/she has already done some artwork in this field of interest). The job is serious and requires skills, if not professional (okay, I confess, I'm short of money for hiring a professional artist) then at least sufficient. Preferable style: European/other comics (or just something which is drawn with a pencil, not brush)). The other condition is that the job is really -serious- and has nothing to do with fanart/slash/popular culture cliches, it's about you, your style and your "artistic taste".

If, by chance, you got interested, contact me right here on DA. I will warn at once that I'm quite scrupulous in choosing an artist for the task (that's why I couldn't find anyone so far)). So please don't take it too hard if I will not respond.
